Quick update, rain always tries to mess up the last push. I had to rush my own harvest too-nothing like coming in wet and muddy but knowing it’s done. Feet up is a good look right now.

Today, I had to stop at the store and my kid was acting like he forgot how to walk. One minute he’s fine, next he’s dragging his feet like we’re on a death march. Then my phone dies right when I need directions. Life hits you with the little things sometimes. Hope your stomach settles soon.

Honestly, my legs are still sore from yesterday’s leg day at the gym. Glad to be home though nothing beats collapsing on the couch after.

Oh man, I feel that. My quads were screaming today too. Nothing like sinking into the couch after a good workout even if it’s just to catch my breath before dinner.

Man I feel that. Just got back from running errands and my feet are screaming. Nothing like kicking off shoes and letting the couch do the work for a minute. Hope you’re icing those legs though don’t sleep on recovery!

Real talk, I put on that old record my dad used to play while he worked in the field. The scratchy sound of it brought back memories so fast it hurt a little. But in a good way.

Quick update, I was fixing that squeaky door in the house today and it took me back to when my granddad used to work on stuff around the yard. The way he’d hum while he worked, even if it was just tightening a loose hinge. Small things like that stick with you.
