Heads up, I just finished tackling that mountain of dishes and laundry. My shoulders finally dropped when it was all done nothing like crossing off a big chore to make the rest of the day feel lighter.

Honestly, my legs are still sore from yesterday’s leg day at the gym. Glad to be home though nothing beats collapsing on the couch after.

Oh man, I feel that. My quads were screaming today too. Nothing like sinking into the couch after a good workout even if it’s just to catch my breath before dinner.

Man I feel that. Just got back from running errands and my feet are screaming. Nothing like kicking off shoes and letting the couch do the work for a minute. Hope you’re icing those legs though don’t sleep on recovery!
