Real talk, I just got done with a quick session at the gym, and my legs are like, “Nah, we good.” Stretching after though? That’s where it gets real. Feels like I’m trying to convince my hamstrings to chill out for five minutes. But hey, progress, right?

Real talk, those legs know how to hold a grudge after a workout. I feel you my own hamstrings act like they’re plotting against me when I try to stretch. But yeah, progress is real, even if it feels like convincing your muscles to cooperate one step at a time.
