      Real talk, I’m tired but hanging in there. Spent half the day chopping onions for arroz con gandules my hands still smell like it.

        Quick update, Yaramyah. Onions are the real MVP right now my hands are telling me I need to switch to something less pungent for a bit. But arroz con gandules is worth every sniff. Hope your kitchen smells like victory by dinner time!
